The 360III lens heater is designed to prevent the fogging of camera lenses, small telescopes and eyepieces too.

The heating element is a carbon fiber heater, with a high thermal efficiency and the fabric heating element provides great flexibility compared to other heating materials. The USB power cable has particularly high flexibility even at a low temperatures. A velcro strap, allows quick and easy attachment and removal of the heater from the lens or eyepiece. The heating tape itself, has a very low power consumption and can be operated with a portable mobile phone 10,000 mA battery for up to 12 hours.

Dew condensation is caused by small droplets of water that occur on a surface when its surface temperature is less than the temperature of the moisture in the surrounding ambient air. Due to the nature of Astrophotography in the field, this is a common problem and it can render an imaging session cut short due to this occurring. As temperature and humidity change throughout the night and the camera becomes cooler than the ambient temperature, it is important to heat the lens of the lens or telescope by using heating elements to prevent the lens from fogging up.

This lens heater is equipped with a detachable 50cm long power supply spiral cable (USB Type-C) and consumes only 3W of power (5V - 0.6A). With a mobile USB battery of, 10,000 mA for example, it can operate continuously for about 12 hours (at 20°C outside temperature). However, the operating time varies greatly depending on the environment and temperature. The soft and non-slip surface of the heating tape also allows easy attachment to the lens, eyepiece or telescope.

The heater band consists of a 30mm wide and 600mm long heating tape and is suitable for diameters of lenses or telescopes up to a maximum of 100mm.
