These filter housings are specially designed for use with either the 2" or 1.25" filter drawers and are really useful for helping you change filters quickly and easily with minimum disruption to your image train.
At only 100g weight and a diameter of 80mm, this quick filter housing is more compact and lightweight than a full sized filter wheel and is ideal for colour astrocam setups where generally single filters are required eg. Broadband & Narrowband.
These filter housings are suitable for use with both the 2" and 1.25" TS filter drawers.
Features:
- Due to the strengthened housing and longer T2 threads (male and female), this filter housing is suitable even for heavier cameras.
- With only 100g weight and 85mm diameter, its also suitable for smaller telescopes.
- Optical path: 18mm wide.
- Connection at telescope side: T2 thread (female) - M42 x 0.75 - length 4.4mm
- Connection at camera side: T2 thread (male) - M42 x 0.75 - length 4mm
