The advantages of the TS Super Plössl eyepieces at a glance:

These optics offer high contrast and fine internal blackening which make the TS Super Plössl eyepieces also suitable for astrophotography. You can even remove the rubber eyecup and directly attach the camera T2 adapter (see optional accessories) for effective eyepiece projection.
It is extremely important how much light reaches the observer through the optics, especially when viewing weak nebulae and galaxies and this light transmission can mean the difference between the object being clearly visible or not visible. TS Super Plössl eyepieces offer a very well balanced transmission with no colour cast, especially in the range where the human eye is very sensitive.
